Greenrise is a start-up land acquisition company with plans to later delve into land development and building homes. They approached offpaper with the challenge of not only creating a branding identity for them, but designing and building a website, too.

It was important for the branding to be clear but minimal, whilst being impactful and trustworthy. The business is based on unlocking the potential of land owned by residential clients and so the brand needed to reflect that they will be in safe, experienced hands.

Once the logo had been established alongside the branding and identity, we implemented this across printed materials such as business stationery and promotional leaflets alongside designing and building the website.
